Our TIO strategy focuses on a differentiated investment universe versus other infrastructure strategies

 

TIO targets benefit from infrastructure-oriented demand drivers (defensible market position, recurring revenue streams, inflation protection, downside mitigation) but are one step removed from the assets themselves with more potential for upside and growth

 

Because many of these investment opportunities span the private equity, infrastructure and real estate asset classes, we believe they tend to be underappreciated, misunderstood and overlooked by investors

 

However, these opportunities can be attractive as they tend to have infrastructure-like risk and potentially higher returns
